The role involves making baggage arrival announcements, meticulously logging flight information and bag deliveries, updating records, and initiating and managing files for baggage irregularities. Furthermore, the agent monitors damage claims, processes settlements, and coordinates the efficient return of lost or damaged luggage to customers, including preparing delivery orders and arranging appropriate delivery services.
