About The Position

East Coast Golf Management, Inc. (ECGM) is hiring full-time Bag Drop and Range Attendants at their Sea Trail Golf Resort managed location in Sunset Beach, NC. The Bag Drop / Range Attendant provides attentive and efficient customer service to members on the golf range. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be familiar with the operations of a golf course and course etiquette.

• Previous experience at a resort/club is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring golf carts from cart barn to cart staging area outside of the Golf Shop.
• Remove bags from customer vehicles and load onto carts (we do not have bag storage).
• Transport range balls to each end of the range and fill appropriate containers.
• Operate tractor and ball picker on range to retrieve balls.
• Wash all range balls daily.
• Return carts to shelter; remove towels, pencils, score cards, tees, drink containers, etc., from carts and save reusable items; wash cart with hose, dry it off, park cart in shelter, and connect charger cable.
• Observe and maintain pace of play.
• Report all infractions to the Golf Shop immediately.
• Carry and provide clean towels and water for ball washers.
• Replace towels and replenish water on ball washers.
