About The Position

Running Deer Golf Club is looking for a self-motivated Outside Golf Operations Staff Member to join our growing team! In this position, you'll work closely with the Director of Golf to assure a smooth transition for Member’s and Guest as they navigate around the clubhouse. Your primary responsibility falls on service to membership, efficiency of loading bags onto carts, cart cleanliness, staging and storage. Cart attendants must be neat in appearance, well-groomed and always wear their designated work uniforms. Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting all Members and Guests with loading of golf bags onto carts.
Help keep all working areas attractive, neat, and clean (free of trash and waste).
Meet and greet all members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Inspect the condition of golf carts with specific attention to their cleanliness and appearance.
Responsible for cart supplies, divot mix bottles, cart rotation and proper charging at end of day.
Maintain order and continuity of player traffic off the first tee
Responsible for daily operation of driving range to include the following:
Range set up first thing in AM to include full Den Caddy’s and trash removal on all range tees
Hitting stations moved daily, back a board length every day when on grass
Collection of range baskets on driving range tee throughout the day
Range balls must be washed after each pick
Range to be picked several times a day
Track and report the need for supplies necessary for daily operations to Director of Golf or AGM
Refer all complaints/problems to the Director of Golf or AGM, do not handle on own
Perform other duties as required.
