About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Philadelphia office, with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. The position involves engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court and an opportunity for professional development. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Civil Litigation Attorney
• Experience with litigation involving first party property claims
• Experience with UM/UIM claims
• Experience with Pennsylvania bad faith law
• Experience with coverage disputes
• Experience with insurance agents/brokers
• Driven team player
• Excellent litigation skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent persuasive speaking skills
• Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings
• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
