Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigating health insurance issues
- Valid license to practice law in any state
- Strong academic credentials
- Proven skills in writing
- Proven skills in research
- Litigation experience
- Self-starter
- Able to manage their own litigation
- Able to formulate and implement a discovery plan including taking and defending depositions
- Able to evaluate potential insurance liability exposures
- Able to prepare case assessments and evaluations
- Able to balance their time between several matters
- Able to produce consistently good work product
