Requirements

Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience required
Working knowledge of accounting principles
Strong analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and self-accountability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Sage 100 helpful

Responsibilities

Processing and posting daily retail sales for fuel and convenience stores, and hotels, maintaining balance and reconciliation between software systems.
Data entry of Fuel deliveries into back-office system.
Other tasks as needed by department.
