We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a critical Individual Contributor role requiring significant zero to one build experience, focusing on establishing the core operational functions and strategic alignment between our Customer Success (CS) and New Business Acquisition organizations. You are a strategic thinker, a proven builder, and a collaborative partner who can translate high-level business objectives into scalable, efficient processes and actionable insights. You will have a broad impact across the entire function, shaping our go-to-market strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term success. You will work hybrid from our NYC Headquarters and report to the Director, Sales & GTM Operations.
