B2B Sales Representative – DFW Territory
About The Position
Rigdon Inc., a 30-year property maintenance company growing fast in Texas, is looking for sales reps to own the DFW market. You'll sell window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, dryer vent cleaning, and more directly to storefronts, strip malls, and commercial properties. Company vehicle. Real base salary. Bonus with no ceiling. And a territory that's wide open. WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE DAY-TO-DAY You drive the territory. You walk into businesses. You build relationships with owners and property managers, and you close them on recurring service agreements. That's it. No cold calling lists. No cubicle. Just you, your vehicle, and a proven service that sells itself once people see the work. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Most sales jobs hand you a phone and a quota. This one hands you a vehicle and a territory. DFW is growing. Storefronts need maintenance. And we don't have enough people to keep up with the opportunity. If you can sell and you want to be rewarded for it, this is the job.
Requirements
- 2+ years in outside or B2B sales (property services, facilities, or commercial a plus)
- You generate your own leads, you don't wait for someone to hand them to you
- Clean driving record
- Strong closer who can build trust fast and follow through
