Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Accounts (DFW) Rigdon Inc. | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time Base pay+ Uncapped Bonus | Company Vehicle Included Are you a closer who'd rather be on the road than behind a desk? Rigdon Inc., a 30-year property maintenance company growing fast in Texas, is looking for sales reps to own the DFW market. You'll sell window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, dryer vent cleaning, and more directly to storefronts, strip malls, and commercial properties. Company vehicle. Real base salary. Bonus with no ceiling. And a territory that's wide open. WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE DAY-TO-DAY You drive the territory. You walk into businesses. You build relationships with owners and property managers, and you close them on recurring service agreements. That's it. No cold calling lists. No cubicle. Just you, your vehicle, and a proven service that sells itself once people see the work.
