About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, strategic B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-cycle sales role—you will own the entire journey from prospect to close, selling the full suite of Ander’s solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations across industries. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a consultative environment, loves solving complex business problems, and is energized by the opportunity to help companies fundamentally improve how their people learn and perform. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to bring the right solution to the right buyer—and build long-term relationships that grow over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B technology and consultative sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to HR, L&D, Operations, or C-suite decision-makers at mid-market or enterprise organizations.
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to map complex solutions to business outcomes.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills—comfortable leading demos, facilitating workshops, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
  • Self-starter mentality: you manage your time, own your pipeline, and hold yourself accountable to results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling learning & development, HR technology, employee engagement, or workforce performance solutions.
  • Familiarity with the automotive, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Experience with call analytics, conversation intelligence, or related technologies.
  • Track record of multi-product or platform-level selling.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across target verticals including automotive, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing.
  • Conduct compelling, consultative discovery sessions to understand buyer pain points and align Ander solutions to business outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations across the full suite—Trivie, ESi-Q, Fuel, and Call-iQ—both individually and as an integrated platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns, attend industry events, and leverage your network to generate pipeline.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and set clients up for measurable results from day one.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain clean CRM (HubSpot) hygiene to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Stay sharp on L&D, HR tech, and workforce performance trends to credibly engage VP- and C-suite buyers.
  • Represent Ander with professionalism, energy, and a genuine commitment to client success.
