About The Position

Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-focused B2B Sales Representative to grow and manage their wholesale client base. This role is responsible for selling fine jewelry to retailers, boutiques, and distributors, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic outreach and account management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in jewelry luxury goods, fashion, or accessories.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale cycles and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Abitlity to present products professionally and confidentially.
  • Self motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of gemstones, metals, gem cuts, and gem settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with wholesale clients including jewelry retailers, boutiques, and distributors.
  • Present and sell jewelry collections through in-person meetings, trade shows, virtual presentations, and showroom visits.
  • Identify and pursue new wholesale accounts through prospective networking and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Maintain existing accounts by providing excellent service, product education, and timely follow-ups.
  • Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms within company guidelines.
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Stay informed on jewelry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the brand professionally at tradeshows and industry events.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
