This opportunity involves owning 50+ warm inbound leads every month, from discovery to close, connecting fast-growing U.S. businesses with high-quality remote talent. The role offers uncapped earnings and a proven playbook.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales (SaaS, subscription, outsourcing, professional services, tech)
  • Experience in B2C sales (insurance, real estate, financial products, retail finance, automotive, telecom – any quota-carrying, consultative B2C role)
  • Experience in Outbound sales (cold calling, SDR/BDR promoted to closing, field sales, door-to-door) with grit
  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management with aggressive upselling behavior and closing new business
  • Experience in any role where you carried a number, owned a pipeline, and were personally accountable for results
  • Consultative approach — uncover pain before you pitch
  • English at C1 or C2 — clear, confident with U.S. buyers
  • CRM discipline — HubSpot or equivalent, pipeline always current
  • Self-accountable — you own your numbers
  • Computer/laptop meeting company specifications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
  • Professional headset for clear client communication
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment—all calls and interviews must be conducted from a professional, stationary setup (not while walking or commuting)
  • Backup power/internet solution for uninterrupted client service

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — inbound discovery through close and onboarding handoff
  • Run 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level U.S. buyers
  • Nurture 'not now' leads until timing is right — never a dead end
  • Keep HubSpot clean — every deal staged, every next step set
  • Collaborate with Support and Ops for smooth client transitions
