Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities
- Achieve daily KPIs (Per Client Average, Member Conversion %, revenue targets)
- Consult clients on the best membership and service mix for their desired results
- Promote services, retail products, and upcoming events
- Build long-term client loyalty and retention
- Maintain 100% Cleanliness Guarantee standards
- Follow and enforce all UV safety regulations
- Represent Slick Rock’s core values in every interaction
