About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative / B2B Account Manager to develop new business in a local territory and help commercial clients protect their facilities. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role with uncapped earning potential, commission consistency, strong training, and long-term career growth. Requirements

  • Ability to safely use ladders and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Must live within the designated territory (or nearby) - Magic Valley, ID

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience with a track record of success
  • Experience in facility services, route sales, construction services, uniforms, waste services, or similar industries is a plus
  • Comfortable using CRM software
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills
  • No-degree required, Associates preferred
