About The Position

Kalkomey is seeking a Director of B2B Marketing to build and scale our B2G and B2B marketing engine. This is a builder role for a hands-on leader who enjoys creating strategy, structure, and capabilities from the ground up. You will own how Kalkomey shows up to government, business, and institutional customers, shaping marketing strategy, sales enablement, account-based marketing, brand presence, and field engagement to support commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and is motivated by our mission to makes the outdoors safer and more accessible for everyone. You must reside in one of these US states: AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, VT, WI or one of these provinces in Canada: Ontario

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within software, technology, or content businesses.
  • Proven success supporting revenue growth through sales enablement, client marketing, events, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience working with government, public-sector, or institutional customers and complex buying cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams while partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success, Product and Growth Marketing
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, structured thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
  • Customer-obsessed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a growing, evolving organization.
  • Alignment with Kalkomey’s mission and passion for improving the outdoors for everyone.
