About The Position

As a B2B Marketing & Campaign Specialist , you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, content creation, and campaign performance tracking. This role is perfect for a highly organized self-starter looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing through digital campaigns, content marketing, and email strategies. Responsible for creating a content calendar, developing and publishing LinkedIn content to support B2B member acquisition and engagement goals. Grow and monitor LI engagement and grow follower base. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather assets and ensure timely execution. Research, coordinate and organize trade shows. Create email content for monthly product and quarterly member promotions. Creation of marketing collaterals including landing pages (SF), emails (SFE), one-pagers, and case studies using Canva or Adobe suite. Create MQL for sales to action through digital, social and campaign engagement. Monitor and communicate campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions) Salesforce Experience weekly/monthly. Conduct competitive research to support campaign strategy development. Help implement and promote B2B membership programs and incentives. Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and present new tactics for testing. Support pilots for member segmentation, tools, and campaign types.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Pardot), content scheduling tools (Monday), and campaign management basics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
