About The Position

This role is a hands-on B2B Growth Marketing Manager position focused on executing high-impact marketing initiatives that directly drive pipeline growth. The professional will translate strategic direction into execution across account-based marketing, SEO, content, email, LinkedIn, and conversion rate optimization. The role emphasizes ownership of deliverables, requiring consistent output and measurable results rather than delegation or oversight. The ideal candidate thrives in an execution-first environment and is comfortable working independently while aligning closely with leadership objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lists, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Proven experience executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Solid SEO knowledge with demonstrated results in organic growth.
  • Excellent English writing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive B2B content.
  • Ability to work independently with asynchronous direction from leadership.

  • Experience with StoryBrand framework or similar narrative-driven messaging approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute account-based marketing campaigns targeting defined B2B healthcare segments, including account selection, segmentation, and engagement tracking.
  • Execute SEO strategies by optimizing on-page elements, producing keyword-driven content, and continuously auditing and improving existing assets.
  • Create and publish B2B content aligned with narrative-driven frameworks, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and nurture materials tailored to specific verticals.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion flows, testing CTAs and structures to improve performance and ensure alignment with campaign messaging.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and re-engagement strategies in HubSpot to support sales readiness and pipeline progression.
  • Manage LinkedIn presence, including organic content, audience growth, and outreach campaigns aligned with ABM initiatives.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters, including segmentation, copywriting, and performance tracking across engagement and revenue metrics.
