What We Need We are hiring a B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation Lead) whose primary mission is simple and critical: generate qualified pipeline . This role exists to deliver MQLs and book high-intent meetings with healthcare systems, Talent Acquisition leaders, CHROs, and clinical workforce decision-makers. You will be the engine behind Clasp’s B2B growth motion—turning insights into campaigns that convert and building a predictable, scalable demand engine in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
