About The Position

We are excited to hire our first Demand Generation Marketer to lead our enterprise pipeline strategy. This is both a strategic & execution focused role, where you’ll plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel programs that connect with our technical buyers driving high quality enterprise leads and pipeline. You'll own the full marketing lifecycle from initial awareness through sales handoff, collaborating across Product Marketing, Sales, and Field Marketing to create a seamless buyer journey that AI could never replace.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline! You will partner with the Head of Growth & Head of Sales in owning the pipeline function, number, and strategy. Plan to have a large budget and headcount as resources to set up a motion that will scale with us.
  • Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise prospects, current self serve customers, and even existing customers (we love a land and expand motion). This includes managing multi-channel programs in partnership with growth
  • Lifecycle: This is part of campaigns, but worth calling out that lifecycle marketing would live under this function (email nurture programs, webinars, and targeted content campaigns)
  • RevOps: We have an excellent RevOps agency to partner with on executing your lead qualification criteria and lead lifecycle processes to ensure seamless handoff and ownership.
  • Experimentation: Stay current with B2B marketing trends and best practices to evolve our approach so we’re always experimenting.
