About The Position

In this B2B-focused role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategies to acquire new commercial customers and grow existing relationships for B2B business teams through the Love’s Rewards loyalty program. In addition to loyalty marketing, you will support acquisition marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and external agency partners to design, implement, and analyze integrated campaigns. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives, and supporting agency management activities to maximize marketing effectiveness in the B2B space. The ideal candidate is creative and technically adept, with the ability to translate creative ideas into actionable campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in marketing, campaign planning, copywriting, customer-facing communications, and/or digital communications
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), familiarity with integrating with various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, strong time management and organization skills, presentation skills, sense of urgency, keen attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador for our B2B loyalty customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and fostering long-term commercial relationships
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive customer loyalty and acquisition marketing strategies to enhance retention, lifetime value, engagement, and new customer growth for B2B clients
  • Analyze customer and prospect data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive improvements to Love’s B2B loyalty and acquisition programs
  • Support the design, management, and optimization of customer segmentation strategies to personalize both loyalty offerings and acquisition communications for commercial clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted B2B Loyalty and Acquisition initiatives, ensuring the accurate and timely setup of customer communications processes
  • Support the development, execution, and documentation of multi-channel customer and prospect communications—including email, text, mobile app push notifications, printed receipt messages, and other digital outreach—to drive both loyalty and acquisition goals
  • Contribute to copywriting for communication elements that align with various customer-facing units. Campaign types include, but are not limited to, loyalty, sales, B2B customer acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns for commercial clients and professional drivers
  • Work alongside UI/UX and graphic designers to create relevant and consistent graphics that support digital campaigns targeting B2B audiences
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Communications teams to assist in developing strategies and campaigns that support Love’s Loyalty and Acquisition goals for B2B customers and other internal stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing department and the broader Love’s Family of Companies, including tasks related to B2B acquisition and loyalty marketing
