The B2B Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new booked revenue by developing and managing relationships across targeted B2B verticals, including: Property management companies (HOAs and multi-family) General contractors Custom home builders Real estate professionals and brokerages This role focuses on early-stage relationship development, lead generation, and pipeline creation . While you will not be responsible for writing proposals or managing projects, you will own opportunity creation and ensure smooth handoff to internal sales and production teams.
