About Job Role Overview We are seeking a proven product leader to scale OneForma globally. This leader will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for a platform that: Processes millions of expert interactions across global markets Powers real-time AI-driven matching and workflow orchestration Ensures enterprise-grade security for the world’s most sensitive AI data Supports autonomous payments and compliance across 100+ countries The ideal candidate has scaled two-sided platforms or SaaS/data ecosystems, knows how to balance innovation with governance, and can lead global teams with discipline and impact. What You’ll Build Platform Innovation Architect next-gen matching algorithms that connect AI projects with expert talent in real-time. Build workflow systems that scale expert management from thousands to millions. Create fraud prevention and trust/safety systems that protect billions in AI training investments. Design payment and compliance infrastructure that operates seamlessly across global markets. Scale & Execution Lead multiple engineering and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade platform features with consistency and reliability. Build scalable architectures and processes that support high transaction volume, onboarding, workflow automation, and payments. Ensure operational excellence across release management, QA, uptime, and customer SLAs. Implement metrics, dashboards, and governance to monitor and improve performance at scale. Technical Leadership Drive technical decisions for distributed systems handling massive concurrent workflows. Integrate ML/AI into production platforms for personalization, matching, and quality prediction. Establish engineering culture and practices that attract and retain top-tier talent. Mentor engineering leaders and ICs across globally distributed teams. Global Scale & Impact Partner with Centific’s executive leadership on long-term platform strategy and hypergrowth roadmap. Requirements

10+ years of product experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
5+ years leading multi-team engineering organizations at Senior Director or equivalent level.
Proven success scaling two-sided platforms, talent marketplaces, or enterprise SaaS/data ecosystems.
Strong technical depth in distributed systems, workflow automation, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience integrating AI/ML into platforms at scale (matching, personalization, fraud detection).
Track record scaling globally distributed engineering teams through hypergrowth.
Strong focus on operational excellence: security, reliability, scalability, and governance.
Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear business impact.
