The AVP, Physician Compensation will oversee the physician incentive compensation strategy, productivity reporting, and analytical insights, aligning physician performance with enterprise objectives. This role involves leading the development and oversight of complex physician compensation and productivity models, leveraging data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency. The AVP will prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly compensation and productivity results, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. A key responsibility will be establishing a central physician compensation team to manage variable incentive payments and define future compensation strategy. The position requires close partnership with the VP, Strategic Finance and Operational Systems on cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compensation processes, including leading projects to improve systems, workflows, and analytical tools that support practice growth and sustainability.
