Job duties include establishing the financial policies and objectives that support the companys goals, standardizing financial processes and controls, managing the operations of the Accounting Department in accordance with the GAAP rules, directing the preparation of the balance sheet and cash flow forecasts, reviewing internal control and operating procedures, performing capital investment evaluation, bank financing, and cash management, verifying the correctness of intercompany loan, capital investment and transaction balance and calculate unrealized profit or loss of the intercompany transactions, developing management reporting and cost center analysis, conducting pre-acquisition financial due diligence review, performing post-acquisition financial system integration, and resolving transfer pricing issues.
