About The Position
Responsible for overseeing the Loan Servicing Department and manages the macro operations of the servicing department from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Hires, trains, directs, and evaluates employee performance within the department; recommends promotions, transfers and salary adjustments; identifies performance problems and takes action to correct, including termination.
- Manages relationships with vendors including lawyers, appraisers, credit bureau executives, printers, FHLB representatives and critical software program executives.
- Creates and maintains mortgage summaries, reports and spread sheets for the Board, CEO/ President, CFO, & CLO.
- Oversees quality control of critical documents such as new loan forms, notes, policies and procedures, and letters.
- Monitors all recording, discharge and payoffs of all mortgage and home equity loans.
- Coordinates branch mortgage operations; inform branch personnel of changes in procedures, rates, forms, pricing and update software documents.
- Review and balance invoices and general ledgers for all mortgage department programs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
