Overall Purpose: Provides executive-level HR partnership to business leadership, aligning workforce strategy with business objectives to optimize performance, accelerate transformation, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Guides adoption of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled HR capabilities to improve decision quality, scalability, and employee experience, while ensuring appropriate risk, privacy, and governance controls.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment Partners with senior business leaders to shape and execute organizational and talent strategies that support growth, productivity, and operating model evolution. Translates business strategy into workforce plans, capability roadmaps, and priorities across talent, performance, and organizational design. Identifies opportunities where AI-enabled insights or automation can accelerate outcomes (e.g., workforce forecasting, skills planning, HR service optimization) and drives alignment across stakeholders.
  • Executive Partnership, Team Leadership and Development Leads and develops a team of HR professionals; sets direction, priorities, and operating rhythm to deliver consistent, high-impact HR support. Builds organizational capability in data-driven decision-making and modern HR practices; sponsors training and adoption of AI-enabled HR tools and ways of working. Serves as a coach to leaders on organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and workforce strategy.
  • HR Metrics, Workforce Insights and Analytics Establishes KPI frameworks and executive dashboards that connect workforce indicators to business performance. Leverages advanced analytics and AI-assisted insights to inform workforce planning, attrition/retention drivers, skills supply-demand, leadership pipeline health, and scenario planning. Partners with HR tech/analytics teams to define requirements for AI-enabled solutions and to validate measurable impact (quality, speed, cost, experience).
  • Transformation, Change and Operating Model Enablement Leads HR strategy for transformation initiatives, including organizational design, change management, communications, and leader enablement. Sponsors process improvements and operating model enhancements using automation and AI to improve cycle time, consistency, and service quality.
  • Compliance and Risk Management Ensures HR practices align with applicable laws and internal standards; identifies, escalates, and mitigates people-related risk. Provides oversight and guidance on responsible AI use in HR, including data privacy, documentation, audit readiness, and appropriate human review for AI-supported recommendations.
  • Other Duties as Assigned Oversees processes related to client support, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, morale, and retention. Evaluates vendor capabilities and HR technology enhancements (including AI features) and influences roadmaps based on business need and risk posture.
  • Develops workforce philosophy and long-term people strategy aligned to enterprise and business-unit objectives. Leads large teams, directly supervising supervisors as well as senior staff; influences cross-functional initiatives and executive decisions. Acts as a strategic advisor to business leadership; influences decisions regarding hiring, performance outcomes, promotional activity, pay decisions, and organizational changes for subordinates. Champions scalable, measurable HR solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities, and ensures benefits realization through adoption and governance.
