Job Overview: The AVP, Change Management will lead enterprise-wide programs and projects, partnering with business stakeholders to design and deliver strategies that drive adoption of transformation initiatives. This role combines program delivery, consulting on change-related activities, and executing best practices to enable sustained behavior change and business readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in change management and project management roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational behavior, or related field.
  • Certifications: Prosci or CCMP certification required; Agile or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Core Competencies: Expertise in organizational change management methodologies and leadership in transformation initiatives.
  • Strategic agility with ability to anticipate trends and develop forward-thinking solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with operational excellence.
  • Adaptability and resilience in ambiguous environments, maintaining a solution-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agile certified (preferred, not required)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute change management strategies across the lifecycle to enable business readiness and solution adoption.
  • Develop and implement project deliverables such as communications plans, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Measure and report on change management outcomes and benefits realization.
  • Facilitate meetings with change agents and stakeholders to assess impacts and mitigate risks.
  • Coach and support leaders and teams through transitions, building organizational change resilience.
