The Change Management team at Fab4 partners closely with Global Traveler Control, Process Control, IT, PI, and production groups to ensure system alignment, optimized MES performance, and effective operational processes. The team supports both local and global initiatives that drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing systems. In this role, the Change Management Project Engineer supports the setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of MES‑related systems and processes. The position focuses on driving global alignment, delivering system enhancements, and ensuring that business processes and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data in large meetings.
• Proven ability to coordinate efforts across multiple groups and lead meetings effectively.
• Working knowledge of fab processing and MES applications.
• Strong data analysis and computer skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and make sound, informed decisions.
• Ability to complete required learning items within established time frames.
• Ability to ensure QMS/business processes meet requirements, deliver intended outputs, and support customer focus.

Nice To Haves

• One year of semiconductor industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support projects related to MES applications, including system setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver global alignment of Best Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control system configuration.
• Lead or contribute to local and global initiatives that improve MES system setup and performance.
• Serve as application owner by providing training, system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting support.
• Ensure assigned QMS or business processes are effective, meet requirements, and maintain integrity through planned changes.
