We are seeking an AVP of Brand, Sponsorship and Experiential Strategy to develop breakthrough, business-moving advertising strategies to promote Humana Insurance brands and help to build and enhance our robust Sponsorship and Experiential marketing portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who deeply understands target audiences and how to develop campaign strategies that deliver results in a dynamic, regulated environment. This position resides within the Marketing Organization, which is part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. The successful candidate will extensively collaborate with Market Presidents, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Data and Technology.
