About The Position

Following our brand’s successful debut at GTC, we are expanding our creative team to integrate Crusoe's energy into all physical workspaces. As a Senior Brand & Experiential Designer, you will be responsible for bringing the Crusoe brand to life through objects and physical space—including our San Francisco headquarters, data centers, manufacturing sites, and large industrial products. We are looking for an outstanding brand designer who can think beyond the screen and apply brand identity to physical environments. You will partner closely with our Creative Director of Brand, Workplace team and external partners to ensure our physical presence is as unique, innovative and sustainable as our AI infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in brand design with a focus on experiential or physical environments. A background in designing retail spaces (e.g., Apple Store, Levi’s) or high-end fashion/retail branding is highly preferred.
  • 3D Design Fluency: Expertise in applying brand systems to 3D spaces and physical environments.
  • Design Excellence: An exceptional eye for modern, premium design that aligns with Crusoe’s aesthetic.
  • Versatility: The ability to move quickly between high-level brand strategy and the granular details of environmental design.
  • Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion design or video integration within physical spaces.
  • Experience working with sustainable or climate-tech brands.
  • Background in creative agency environments that specialize in physical brand building.

Responsibilities

  • 3D Brand Application: Translate Crusoe’s visual identity into physical environments, including office interiors, data center exteriors, physical products and event activations.
  • Environmental Design: Lead the design plan for our growing San Francisco office (including three new floors) and other global locations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Workplace team and internal stakeholders to align physical space design with company culture and operational needs.
  • Concept to Execution: Oversee the end-to-end design process for experiential projects, from initial moodboards, to fully fleshed out layouts, 3D modeling to final implementation.
