About The Position

Aviation Resource Management Analyst The Opportunity: As an operations analyst, you’re passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. We need an experienced research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our Air Force client. On our mission coordination team, you’ll evaluate data assessment strategies such as aircrew training to ensure aircrew are meeting requirements that are established by Air Force major command guidelines to ensure mission ready status. You won’t go at it alone, though, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to administer technical aviation management support by analyzing and interpreting public law as well as Air Force and Department of Defense policies. You will create and run reports that will be used in the daily scheduling of aircrew members to meet training requirements. You will work with aircrew schedulers to create flight orders for high level missions as well as local training flights. You will manage aircrew passports and will complete initial passport applications as well as renewal applications to ensure all members are worldwide qualified to perform duties. In this role, you’ll use your passion for analytics and statistics to devise modeling and measuring techniques utilizing mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, and operational mathematics techniques, such as running aircrew training reports to assist schedulers and leadership in the performance of daily duties. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the Aviation Resource Management Field
  • Knowledge of the Air Force client's Aviation Resource Tool Enterprise Mission Information System, Air Force manuals related to aviation resource management, and Executive Airlift training requirements
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in an ever-changing environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using the Air Force client's Enterprise Visibility Information System Online and Aviation Resource Tool Enterprise Mission Information System used for running aircrew training reports
  • Knowledge of Aeromedical Services Information Management System, Foreign Clearance Guide, and Passport Matters website system
