Requirements

8+ years of experience in Air Force Maintenance Operations
Knowledge of DoD and Air Force procedures, lifecycle logistics, organizational management, and training
Ability to synchronize and manage system requirements during development of a new Air Force Nuclear Command and Control (NC3) weapon system
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

8+ years of experience with avionics on a strategic deterrent platform
Experience planning and executing military operations and processes at an operational unit
Experience directing maintenance, training, and inspection programs
Experience with technical documentation, industry standards, and regulatory procedures
Experience in a Major Air Force Command supporting the nuclear mission
Ability to articulate issues to Directorate and Division leadership regarding development and deployment of aviation processes and systems
Master’s degree
