Position Overview C&S Companies is currently seeking an Aviation Resident Project Representative II position for our Cleveland, OH office. This role offers a competitive salary, employee benefits (including health insurance and time-off provisions) and possible relocation allowance/per diem for qualified candidates. Airport construction experience highly desired.
Requirements
- One-Five years of related experience
- Ability to maintain a daily job log and records
- Familiarity with and ability to interpret civil construction plans and specifications
Nice To Haves
- Airport construction experience (horizontal projects) highly desired
- Associates degree in related field desired
- Concrete and asphalt pavement inspection experience
- Underground drainage, utilities and electrical experience
Responsibilities
- performing routine construction inspection services including acting as a liaison between supervisor and contractor
- arranging material testing
- conducting hands-on inspections
- notifying supervisor of problems and deviations from plans and specifications
- tracking quantities for payment
- completing daily reports
