Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in a business or public‑sector environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain effective professional relationships across levels and disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated project management skills; knowledge of program/project management tools and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and synthesizes information, data, and materials across Aviation leaders, internal departments, and external partners to support clear, accurate, and timely decision‑making.
  • Develops presentations and refines analyses for a wide range of internal and external audiences, ensuring all content meets Authority standards.
  • Manages project timelines and work plans while supporting priority initiatives, including improvement projects, safety programs, sustainability efforts, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Collaborates across departments with urgency and professionalism while operating independently as a self‑starter in a 24/7 operational environment.
