Deliver high-quality technical support for Avaya communication systems and products Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Avaya platforms, including IP Office and Aura Analyze and diagnose network-related problems affecting Avaya systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and system upgrades Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical configurations Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding issue resolution and best practices Stay up-to-date with the latest Avaya technologies and industry trends Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Avaya systems support
  • Strong knowledge of Avaya communication systems and products, including IP Office and Aura platforms
  • Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP and SIP
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and unified communications
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with technical documentation and report writing

Nice To Haves

  • Avaya certifications (e.g., ACSS, ACIS, or APSS) preferred

Responsibilities
