About The Position
Teksystems has a client in the Charleston, SC area that needs to add several A/V Engineers. The openings are slated as 6 month right to hires with the client. The is looking for a professional and enthusiastic AV Installer/Technician to assist with the installation and service of audio-visual infrastructure, distributed AV, speakers, amplifiers and other audio components, video screens or digital signage as well as installation of other video signal components and cabling. The AV Installer will occasionally lead small AV projects with a crew of no more than 3 onsite. An ideal candidate is good-natured, approaches challenges with a positive attitude, enjoys working in a dynamic team-oriented environment and is able to prioritize work effectively. All of the work is either commercial or business. The client does everything sound and A/V related on a job or project. Having experience with Creston, BIAMP, Q-Sys, CTS, or other A/V systems is a plus.
