You are the primary engine for TurboTenant’s new fully managed property management service, Autopilot. Your mission is to turn curious landlords into lifelong partners by conducting deep, empathetic discovery and demonstrating how our technology handles the heavy lifting of property management. You are selling a "hands-off" lifestyle powered by a mix of high-touch human expertise and intelligent automation. Think of the Autopilot team as a high-growth startup embedded within TurboTenant. Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in a high-intensity, client-facing role (Real Estate, Property Management, or Strategic Sales).
  • Industry Knowledge: You've worked in asset, business, or property management OR you have been a landlord
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: You are excited to evolve your work with AI tools and are comfortable working alongside these technologies.
  • Purpose-Driven & Resilient: You are a "go-getter" who finds meaning in your work and exhibits extreme ownership and follow-through.
  • Deep Empathy for the Small Business Owner: You understand that for a landlord, a rental is a high-stakes investment and a livelihood.
  • Strong-Minded & Goal-Oriented: You are a relentlessly curious, results-oriented closer. Your approach goes beyond following a script; you skillfully navigate conversations to uncover the underlying reasons behind a landlord's needs.
  • Warm & Persuasive: You possess the verbal fluency required to handle complex onboarding and the professional polish to oversee automated workflows.

  • To be considered for this role, you must be available to work weekends and have flexibility for occasional schedule shifts based on team needs.

Responsibilities

  • High-Impact Discovery: Lead the sales process by identifying landlord pain points—such as screening, lease prep, and maintenance—and positioning Autopilot as the ultimate solution.
  • Educate and Influence to Drive Adoption: Guide landlords to understand how Autopilot solves their pain points and aligns with their personal investment goals.
  • Sales Process Management: Own and guide the property owner journey from inquiry all the way to to "listing live"
  • Trust-Based Onboarding: Use your industry expertise to navigate high-stakes sales conversations, building immediate rapport through shared experience and property management fluency.
  • Strategic Team Player: Maintain a "team-first" mindset, collaborating with internal teams to refine the "Autopilot" experience based on your frontline feedback.
  • Embrace Our Dynamic Energy: Move fast and thrive on change, bringing a positive attitude and adaptable spirit to the evolving Autopilot product line.
