About The Position

The Impact You'll Make Title: Autonomy Product Portfolio Manager What You’ll Be Doing Duties: Manages the day-to-day development activities of software engineering team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards. Duties: create Product Vision, Roadmap, and Requirements for autonomy products; collaborate with engineers to understand technical challenges and drive strategic decisions; understand voice of the customer by conducting user research and connecting directly; select target markets for which to develop autonomous features; create business cases for Autonomy products and present them to leadership; drive team alignment on the product Vision and requirements while taking and incorporating feedback; promote collaboration within the team by leading from the middle; help align team to a common goal. What We're Looking For Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering. 2 years experience in engineering, sales, or product management. 18 months experience in product development. 1 year experience with off-highway vehicles. 6 months experience with autonomous vehicles and hardware development.
