Requirements

  • Previous dealership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of used car sales processes, market trends and inventory management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiar with dealership management systems and other relevant software
  • Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Quality customer service and communication skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the acquisition and management of used vehicle inventory, ensuring they are properly priced and displayed
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
  • Ensure all sales practices adhere to legal standards and company policies, including proper documentation and disclosures
  • Recruit, train, and help manage the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Promote a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues

Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
