Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Franchised dealership accounting title clerk experience 3+ years required.
Out-of-state title processing experience required.
Prior experience reconciling accounts.
Strong knowledge of math and accounting.
Detail oriented and organized.
Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. unassisted.

Nice To Haves

CDK experienced a plus.
ITS Nationwide experience a plus.
Great Customer Service.

Responsibilities

Process paperwork received from the F&I Department.
Prepare documents such as tax and title documents to transfer ownership of property for out-of-state deals.
Submit paperwork to the appropriate government office, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles or the County Clerk’s Office.
Check documents to ensure that all information is accurate and double-check important data such as names and addresses.
Perform basic accounting responsibilities (cutting checks to customers, posting tag/title invoices, balancing schedules, reconcile customer accounts etc...).
Process courtesy deliveries, dealer trades, and wholesales.
Assist office manager with EOM duties.
Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks assigned by Office Manager, GM, or GSM.
Proactively communicate with your supervisor.
Communicate errors or unusual items.
Propose solutions and improvements to processes.
Answer incoming calls for the accounting office.
Other duties, as assigned.
