Automotive Tire and Service Sales Associate
About The Position
Tire Source is hiring an experienced, full-time Sales Team Member who is eager to learn and advance in their career. The company is a family-owned and operated neighborhood car care facility since 1991, with six locations in Medina, Fairlawn, Streetsboro, and the Canton area of NE Ohio. They offer full tire service and automotive repairs, utilizing advanced state-of-the-art equipment and employing well-respected ASE certified technicians to provide dealer-quality service. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, explaining tire and automotive services, partnering with the Service Department, and continuously learning new technical information.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proven sales experience in tires and complete car care
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and is looking for an opportunity to advance in the automotive industry
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Generate sales in store and over the phone
- Explain the features and benefits of multiple tire products, tire related services and automotive services
- Partner with Service Department on vehicle maintenance inspection results
- Recommend services and create estimates based on inspections performed
- A mindset to continuously learn new technical information in order to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive industry
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Have a positive attitude and be team-oriented
