What You’ll Work On Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota standards Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently Execute multi-point inspections with integrity and clear documentation Communicate findings clearly to service advisors Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Follow dealership and manufacturer compliance standards How We Operate (Built for Production) Consistent RO flow from a high-volume service department Strong parts processes to reduce downtime Modern tools and equipment Clear dispatch structure Leadership focused on throughput and quality — not chaos Performance Expectations 40–60+ flat-rate hours per week (based on skill and efficiency) Efficiency target: 120%+ Comeback rate: <1% Safety and compliance: 100% adherence

Requirements

  • 2+ years prior automotive technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic ability
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Team-first attitude and steady communication

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications or Toyota experience preferred
