Requirements

• 3+ years dealership or high-level independent shop experience
• Advanced diagnostic ability (electrical, drivability, powertrain)
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and technology
• Ability to produce efficiently while maintaining quality
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in workmanship

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certifications and/or Kia Certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems to manufacturer standards
• Handle advanced drivability and electrical concerns
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately the first time
• Provide clear recommendations and repair estimates
• Stay ahead of the curve with evolving automotive technology
