Description:
Answer 60-80 inbound calls from customers
Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles
Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment
Update customer information in internal system
Provide high level or customer service

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center)
