This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, clear communication between advisors and technicians, and timely vehicle repairs. Requirements

• Prior automotive service experience preferred (dispatcher, advisor, or technician support role)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK experience a plus)
• Clean driving record required
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and workload
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain accurate status updates on all vehicles in the service lane
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair progress and delays
• Ensure repair orders are properly opened, updated, and closed
• Support productivity and efficiency goals within the service department
• Assist with scheduling and prioritizing work as needed
