We’re looking for a driven, peoplefocused leader to guide the next generation of automotive technicians. In this role, you’ll oversee our Express Service team while mentoring young techs as they build their skills and confidence in the industry. Requirements

Prior Automotive Dealership experience/knowledge is a must.
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Assign repair orders to technician team leaders based on availability
Making sure repair orders are dispatched and completed as efficiently as possible.
Log all work assigned to technician team leads
Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager.
Keep a consistent, clear line of communication between Advisors, Techs, and management.
