Requirements
- We're looking for an individual with professional experience in the automotive industry; specifically previous roles as an Automotive Service Manager, Service Advisor, or Technician!
- Must have familiarity with automotive service workflows, technician skill levels, and parts management systems.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience with dispatch scheduling software and DMS (CDK) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling & dispatching work orders
- Monitoring progress & providing updates
- Managing repair documentation
- Coordinating with Parts & Warranty teams
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
