Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Basic automotive knowledge is helpful (but not required—training available)
- Previous service advisor or customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an excellent service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Review recommended services and educate customers on repair needs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
- Communicate estimates, repair timelines, and status updates
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the customer visit
- Ensure all service processes are completed accurately and efficiently
