Requirements

Minimum two years of experience as a service advisor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude with high energy and strong work ethic.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify customer needs.
Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories through thorough product knowledge.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain customer authorization.
Monitor service progress and communicate with customers regarding any changes or approvals needed.
Manage warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
Confirm service appointments by phone and follow up after repairs.
Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure services are completed correctly and communicate results to customers.
Comply with state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection.
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company’s values in all interactions.
