About The Position

As a Service Advisor , you are the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. Your ability to clearly explain maintenance needs, build trust, and create a welcoming experience—especially for Spanish-speaking guests—makes you a key part of our success.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent communication with diverse customer base
  • Experience in customer service or automotive sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (DMS/CDK experience a plus!)
  • A positive attitude , team spirit, and professional demeanor
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
